HCSD is excited to share that we will be using an online tool to distribute and collect all of the beginning of the year forms and information this summer. By switching to an online student registration/data validation system, powered by InfoSnap:
On August 1st, parents will receive two emails from HCSD. The first email will include a letter from the interim Superintendent, your child's principal and a PDF attachment with informational handouts from the school, APG, and parent group. The second email will be sent from InfoSnap with directions on how to access the online system for your child, it will contain:
Reminder emails will be sent out throughout August, with the goal for all parents to complete the online summer packet/re-registration before the first day of school on August 28th, 2017. We are excited to implement the new online process for the summer packet/re-registration. We believe this process will streamline and simplify completing and turning in all of the summer packet forms and flyers for parents. For the district, this new process will minimize the amount of paperwork that the teachers and secretaries need to sort and organize during the first few days of school. It will also allow the district to more accurately update parent contact information changes within our PowerSchool student information database.
